The Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated on Holidays, Festival Sundays and the first Sunday of each month (with few exceptions). 

All Baptized Christians are welcome at the Lord's Table.  Those too young to commune may receive a blessing rather than bread and wine.

MISSION STATEMENT, ST. JOHN'S LUTHERAN CHURCH, STOVERTOWN:

CEMETERY RULES AS POSTED:

1.  No trees, shrubs, flowers, or other plants shall be planted on
     any lot.
2.  Winter decorations must be removed by March 25.
3.  Memorial Day decorations must be removed within 10 days
      after the holiday.
4.  No eternal (solar lights) are permitted.
5.  During the mowing season, all decorations should be on the
      monument, not on the ground or the footer.
6.  The trustees reserve the right to dispose of any decorations
      that are not within guidelines.
